Review Cube3
Review Cube3
This is a cute machine I found at a game centre I dont usually go to. Its name comes from CUte and BEauty, I like the design of the outside of this one with its square theme.
Inside it has a fairly basic set up of big lights
It tells you at the beginning which way to go so you have to remember!
First up you choose your course between ????(fluffy/soft) and????? (clear)
Next up is the brightness choice, notice theres English (well, Engrish) all the way through this machine.
After that you can choose the frames course or without frames course. Of course we went with frames as its more fun!
The tabs on the right give you your options. You can choose square frames
Vertical frames
Horizontal frames
Or fun frames
You get the usual six shots but all are in the same square shape, theres no full-length options.
First step in the graffiti corner is to choose your layout, you have to choose together. If you choose a layout with the white boxes that means you can select which purikura you want to make bigger. We chose that layout, as you can see from the hovering pen!
The machine has one-touch graffiti but they werent too impressive and the one on the right kinda covered our faces too much.
These ribbons were really cute, you can draw them like a pen and stamp on the matching bow/sticker.
These initials were under the special tab labelled deco-initial there were normal ones too but these were much cuter! Theres also rainbow options for the colours.
The date stamps The blocks are my favourites.
They have seasonal stamps too. It was nearly Halloween when we went so these are the Halloween/autumn stamps.
Weird little characters I dont know why youd spoil perfectly pretty purikura with them but hey!
The message stamps are really good on this one and the colours worked well with the backgrounds.
Friend stamps
And love stamps
This is a neat touch. If you feel like your frame is too boring you can add a pattern over the top of the frame section. The button at the top is to change the pattern to white for dark frames and the white square at the bottom right will erase the pattern if you want to.
These are message rolling stamps, they work just like rolling stars or hearts but it writes a message. I like the style of the preview pic with the black frame, it looks really stylish.
Random pens, I like that it gives you a preview of how they look.
Some patterned pens
Theres also a graphic making option, but it was more for cell phone graphics than blog graphics.
You chose the layout at the beginning but if you chose a layout with the white square then this is the time to choose which picture you want larger. Just tap two you like to add them.
Last step is entering your email address, and yep iPhones are ok with this one.
This is something a few machines have but while you are waiting you can play a memory/matching game on the screen. You dont win anything but its fun while you wait for the printing to be done!
Overall I think the frames and stamps are really good on this machine. I think you also look quite a lot like yourself, no freaky eyes. The skin toning was a little weak, even on the plus one brightness but its not enough that I wouldnt use the machine again. The colours print out nice a vivid as well.
I would definitely choose this machine again!
And heres the pictures the different sizes are from my iPhone and my friends mobile but I honestly dont know which is which!
Also! The 9th of February is this blogs one year anniversary! I really didnt think I would make it this far or have more than a few followers! To say thank you and to celebrate Ill be having a giveaway so look out for that post!
